Price:

£131.00 per month

This class is covered by a regular payment every month.

Subscription: REGISTRATION: You register your child/children for an academic year with us and will pay an initial £30 setup/registration/membership fee. NOTICE PERIOD: There is a minimum six week/half term's cancellation notice should your child not to continue for the next term/half term.

*If you want to cancel one of their days but continue with other days, the 6 week/half term notice period also applies.

PAYMENT PLANS: Calculated for a term and spread over the first 3 months per term. Payments will be taken on the 1st of each month, for the first 3 months of each term as follow:
* Autumn Term: September, October & November.
* Spring Term: January, February & March.
* Summer Term: April, May & June.

*We won't take normal payments in December, July and August; only any additional sessions or any part payments that are outstanding or yet to be charged.

* For additional 'ad hoc' sessions you’ll be charged via a cover payment which will be added to your next payment schedule. If this is after the last payment of the term we’ll issue a separate invoice for any ad hoc session attended.

WHEN SCHOOL FINISHES ONE HOUR EARLIER: We will add £8 per the extra hour for when the school finishes an hour earlier for parent-teacher consultations and on the last day of term. Should your child be with us on any of those days this fee is included in the monthly plan.

CHILDCARE VOUCHERS: For those that arranged to pay via childcare vouchers or bank transfer, you will receive an invoice via Xero around the 20th of each month for payment to reach us by the 1st of the month. You must confirm if you'd like to pay with childcare vouchers and also confirm which voucher scheme you'll be using.

*WALKING BUS SERVICE: We normally take a full term's payment for the Walking Bus Service at the start of the term along with the 1st payment. It will be added as a cover payment via the booking system or as an item on your invoice raised via Xero.
